I ordered a pipe from rollies.com over 2 months ago. Now I have been patient knowing that the site says that it may take up to 4-5 weeks before I recieve the product. I called the store about 2-3 weeks ago and he said he would be shipping it that week. Since then I have called a few times a day almost everyday, leaving messages and have sent 3 different emails requesting a refund, and I have yet to here from him. The site has many similar complaints, and somthing needs to be done.
