Horrible service when service is needed most. When attempting to return shoes that had not been worn and we STILL sealed in the box the associates here were rude, uncooperative, offensive, personally insulting and in all other ways unprofessional. NEVER ship here if you value decent service. When I asked for the managers information the associate said she didn't have to give out personal information. Personal? Huh? The associates here, save one were simply nasty. Avoid at all costs.
