The receptionist at this clinic gave us the wrong flea medication for our cat. They gave us one for a dog instead, which is extremely lethal for cats. This caused neurlogical damage, blindness, and sezures.
The package they gave us was not properly labeled, as it was a single application without a box.
They are now refusing to pay for the hospital bill totaling almost $900.00. They are not talking any blame, and claim they did nothing wrong.
