I requested my promdress last Friday, they stated they'd the dress yourself in stock. I acquired overnight delivery.
Monday rolls around... No emails, no gown. Nada. Our mother named plus they stated they'd it in-stock and might deliver it that evening.
It Is Tuesday. No outfit. My mother named. The woman stated "we are sorry but that gown isn't any longer in-stock." ALTHOUGH THEY SAID IT HAD BEEN!
I can not discover the gown everywhere today, and that I have no idea how to proceed.
They charged our bank card and everything!
