I am another victim of a company that I previously respected. No flowers for my 88YR OLD MOM!?

I haved used coupons from GRUPON and LIVING SOCIAL without any problems, but not in this case. I placed my order and confirmed my Mother's Day flowers to be delivered on the Friday before Mother's Day.instead of telling me that the system was overwhelmed and couldn't handle all the orders, they promised to deliver on time. I would have sent another gift had I know my sweet, 88 yr old mom would spend Mother's Day with NOTHING!!!
