This salesperson named Scott Finch came into my business and solcited me for business with his company. He is in the credit card processing sales industry. I was perfectly happy with the company I was with. Mr. Finch persuaded me and made claims that he could save me over 40% of my current credit card processing bill. I was still not 100% sold on the idea of switching to a different company. However, Mr. Finch guarantee me that his sales quote was 100% accurate. I agreed to try out his service, he told me that it was a month to month contract and I could cancel at any time. Those statement were a lie! I found out that I was locked into a 3 yr contract with a processing company and a 5 year contract with a leasing company. Once I found out about what the contracts really stated and received copies, I tried to contact Mr. Finch to ask questions about the contract that I received. He would never call me back. I also noticed that he forged my signatures on numerous pages of the contract and changed the terms of the aggrements. To avoid any costly additonal expenses, I URGE anyone reading this to stay away from SCOTT FINCH and COCARD PROCESSING.
