Company incompitent in returning calls and answering questions

I have called the company 5 times since 4/7 to ask questions about one of the products in the catalog. Each time they told me they would get the information and call me back. They never called back. I think this company is just trying to get my credit card number and never send me the merchandise because it does not exist.
