STOLE $100 from my son by refusing to issue a refund or reply to an email

I requested what I believed were 2 lego sets in the site for my boy for Holiday. Delivery costs were around $18 and so I suspected without a doubt I had been obtaining the lego models. I obtained 2 guides for that models we believed we were buying.

I tried to contact about obtaining a reimbursement and obtained a note saying they just were getting emails because of the hectic holidays. I continued the web site and discovered their "simple return policy" and adopted their directions, including delivering them their mail to express I had been returning the things and also to inquire about the extreme delivery costs, that we was educated could be returned in my experience.

I sent the things back, concern email, with shipping confirmation. Sent another mail requesting about my reimbursement, obtained an answer back stating my bundle was never obtained and did I've any evidence that we DID have! I delivered the shipping info back to Ann G, and also have yet to get something back, a contact response or my cash back

I'll now deliver an answer to them every single week till I notice ANYTHING from their store

DoN't purchase out of this website it's an entire rip-off!!!
