I recieved a check in the mail in the amount of 2,170.85 which was accompanied by a letter describing a job as a mystery shopper. The letter contained complete instructions on how the jobs were to be carried out and what was to be done with the check. A second page contained 2 forms to be filled out for the jobs to be done which included a evaluation of a Western Union and a Department Store. There was a phone number to call to activate the check. I called and spoke with a guy who said his name was Michael and spoke with a african accent. He assured me that everything was legit. The check was activated.
I Googled the company name which pulled up usacomplaints. Coms and saw a report filed on this company which described my same experience so I compared the name, address and phone numbers. They were all the same. I called Michael back and told him what I discovered and he hung up on me. Now I was lucky because I researched them before doing anything. If it seems too good to be true. It usually is.
