Brandis dream ripoff Paid over $150. Did not fullfill orde

"Bear" at Brandis dream offers custom made clothes. I ordered a dress for my wife May. The web site promises delivey in 6-8 weeks. After 12 weeks contacted Bear by E-Mail she said they had a computer problem - After another 6 weeks she said she had been sick. Was assured delivery in time for Christmas-

As of 02/05/04 Nothing - I'm out over $150.
