Hsn violating fair credit act. They are dishonest!!!
Be very careful dealing with this company. If you order from them they now have all of the information that they need to check your credit (for no reason) and without your permission or knowledge. I have been a customer for years and when I recently checked my credit I found several inquiries from HSN. When I called them they told me that they can check any customers (new or old) credit whenever they wished. I am outraged. I have excellent credit and I don't need their inquiries to lower my Fico score. And to add insult to injury I always pay them with my American Express Gold card. (no limit on that card) AND now I FIND THAT THEY HAVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR YEARS AND TO THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE!!!
Don't these idiots realize that what they are doing is agaist the fair credit act. If you have shopped with this company be sure and check your credit. I am contacting my lawyer in the morning about a lawsuit.
