I took one of my valuable items to Mai Kai Cleaners to be cleaned. I received the purse back a week later and the purse was ruined. Called the main company and they didn't care at all, one guy told me the leather wasn't leather and is vinyl, well if they knew that why didn't they care for it properly. They told me its not there fault, to call the company or manufacturer and get your money back. How Rude? I contacted the manufacturer and they said there a explicit cleaning instructions and if they didn't follow the guidelines then its the cleaners fault. There ignoring my phone calls, the customers are rude. I want them to reimburse me for my 249$ purse. I called another location and they explained to me that the cleaners were supposed to have me sign a pink paper. The pink paper is the paper that i was supposedly suppose to sign and it states that they are not responsible. There was no signature made, no one explained to me that there no responsible, no signs no papers no verbal communication at all. Explained to them that i wanted the terry cloth cleaned and nothing else. What did they do? Clean the entire purse and they ruined it. Apparently other people have the same problems with this company and i want to take them to mall claims court if i don't hear anything from them or get a reimbursement for my purse.
