I bought a gift package of crown royal with two shot glasses. I got a email cofirming the order was charged to my credit card. The person I was sending the gift has never recieved it. I have tried several times to call, email. Anyone that will either send the gift or refund my order. I only get a recorded messages and I left a phone message for someone to call me back. No one answers the phone or calls and responds to my request. It is credit card policy to dispute the charge after 30 days. There are only 4 days left until then. Stay away from send.com.
