I haven't' seen any reviews on here since so I thought I would give a bit of updated information. Blooms Today has done a bit of recovery in their customer service and Blooms Rewards program. There are alot of people whinning out there about this "bait & switch" idea that Blooms Today is promoting. Well, first off if you have an intelligent enough mind to read the printed info on the website you would know EXACTLY what you are signing up for. On another foot, I will say that there are some customer service agents that will wrap your mind around the Blooms Rewards program just to make their buck, but NOT ALL of their service agents are like that and actually allow you to make your own choices. If you feel pressured to do something that you are uncomfortable with, do not do it. Blooms Today offers a service just like any of the other tele Florists do, and whether you choice to accept the offer of their discount program is purely your choice. Now, if you received poor flowers & poor service you should definitely express this to as many people as you believe will make a difference, yet, if you are just venting due to your own ignorance then you should really contemplate your ability to accept responsibility for your not reading or not asking questions that allowed you to make the right choices for yourself. DEFENSE & OFFENSE are the best way to Succeed.
