I have 7 different items with viaddress.com which I have bought from Amazon.com, required to ship to Tanzania. I have been waiting for more than month no any information of my stuff.
I paid shipping fee to rod to Tanzania on October 21and on December 2 I paid additional fee cost of US$ 30 for remote area surcharge as request. They are promised me that I will receive tracking number from FEDEX soon. Since that time no any contact with them, I make several call and email no any responding from them. I dont know what the problem is.
