I have a credit card that was used heavily for all purchases, then not used at all, and was being paid off. I ordered business cards through Vista Print several years ago. Apparently, they enrolled me in a "rewards" program, monthly charging me between $17.95 to $20.95 up til now. The monthly charge names changed periodically, the two most recent names being "VPClubUS" and then "VPRewardsUS".
I never authorized these charges, but did not catch them. When involving my credit card company, they reversed only the last 12 transactions.
This is a known scam:

(many more - just do a google search for "VistaPrint fraud")
I want the remainder of my fraudulent charges reimbursed.
