Flatrate Photography are Liars, spouse, untrustworthy deserving, unreliable, not reliable and possibly won’t appear for prepaid periods
My fiance and that I employed Flat-Rate Photography to get pictures at our wedding on 05/16/09. We also contained in the wedding deal an engagement program.
Originally we were suppose to meet up in March to consider the wedding pictures but we couldn't match it into our routine. Consequently we named ahead of time and ended the wedding program and mentioned we'd call-back in a later day to reschedule. I talked with Liesl Ebenholtz that will be the photographers partner in November and put up a scheduled appointment for that wedding program for January third 2009 at Encanto Park.
My fiance and that I waited for one hour and Keith Ebenholtz the shooter never turned up for that program. I called him many times while in the playground and he ultimately named me back two hours later and mentioned he wasn’t conscious of the picture program which his spouse wrote down the 17th of Jan rather than the 3rd of January. He then continued to express that they're anticipating visitor to get a social gathering and couldn’t talk with us.
I told him that I had been disappointed he didn’t display, or phone, to reschedule that will be really unprofessional. I continued to express that there's no means possible I advised his spouse the 17th of January since I understood (just before contacting her) that I currently had ideas for that evening. I told him that I'd to keep in touch with my fiance when it comes to the no-call-no-show scenario and provide him a call back. Obviously we didn't make use of the Shooter for the wedding and today he will not return us our $600. Criticism
