In January I was contacted by ROI Marketing to purchase a list of people who had requested LTC insurance information. I was assured by the salesperson, Jenny, that if I could not make two appointments off the list, that my money would be returned. NO ONE on the list I spoke to had requested LTC information. Additionally, about 5% of the phone numbers were disconnected and a few of the people already had LTC coverage.
I have repeatedly tried to get someone at this company to speak to me about whether they could either supply me a real list of LTC buyers or refund my money. No one at this point will return my phone calls. Several of the people I have spoken to are "no longer with the company". Please do not purchase anything from this company. They will tell you anything until they get your money and then you will not hear from them.
