KCPL exposed a brand new bill for me personally and didn't deliver my statement towards the proper target. We waited and named 3 times and were charged of not calling them. Today they need $200 of the $600 bill or they'll slice the electrical bill by this Friday. I work on an area store that doesn't spend that much and on the fixed-income. I also am a Marine Reservist and looking after my mom.
KCPL was delivering my expenses to my former residance in TX and it is doing nothing to remove late charges and reluctant to work well with people whatsoever. Is there something that can be achieved? Does not appear to be it.
