Though highly organized with frieghtening links to the Top Gun Executive Search people, Wesearch is a complete scam - "give me $1000.00 and I'll get you an interview with the decision maker. The decision maker turns out to be a fraud - no such person exists, they don't work for the company. And no one at the company has heard of them. Wes will tell you the interview is for "an unpublished position" that the company's HR team doesn't even know about!
Then, after you talk to a person who says they are the recruiter for the position, Wesearch will ask for another $1000.00. And the person who interviewed you? Just a faked phone number. (Use Intelius to decode the faked number and, voila, no person exists in the town or state if you do a trace. Ask them to send you an e-mail from their office and they'll say, " I think we'd better communicate through Wes".
Wessearch will not give you any reports on who your resume has been distributed to, only "we contact three decision makers a day on you behalf for two weeks straight. The $1000.00 buys no service, no contacts, and no real interviews. Look at the names of their "Satisfied Customers" - There is no Denise Luxenberg at Sutter Health, I called them and verified. It's like they just made up a bunch of people and created fake LinkedIn pages for them.
Don't be dragged into their scam!
