Never enough yarn (ebay store) Ebay auction seller has not paid me for my merchandise they sold at auction

Stitch in Peace/Never enough Yarn accepted my merchandise and sold it at auction on Ebay from their Ebay store website Stitch in Peace. Merchandise was sold with final sale May 23. The merchandise was sold for approximately $350.00, with the portion owed to me $200.00 plus. I have contacted them by email numerous times and have sent a registered letter 2/9, and have yet to have a response of any kind.
