Ordered the Lateral Thigh Trainer, received quickly. Did not like the product, so returned product at very expensive shipping fees by UPS. A refund was requested. Noted next bank statement that the next installment of $33.33 was billed to our account anyway. They have ignored our request for a refund, and would like to find a way to stop this fradulent continued billing, and receive our requested refund. Most certainly will not deal with this company again.
