Roto Rooter "that's the name"! RotoRooter failed on 3 occasions to properly service our home. What we were unaware of was that our basement had been backing up with raw sewage. We have no use of our basement for going on 4 to 6 weeks now.
RotoRooter management lost our business for not being a stand up company. I liked the plumber very much and understand mistakes happen. It was how management handled our crisis. My roommate spent 5 days in the hospital on oxygen, very sick from asthmatic attack. All of us became sick with flu like symptoms and developed rashes among other exposure symptoms.
We asked RotoRooter simply to cover the out-of-pocket deductable of $1000 that we incurred as we did and still do believe they caused this flood.
Management was lacking and/or absent to customer service in today's business. Our crisis was small to such a large business that relies partly on word of mouth.
