I recently had a Chihuahua baby girl pass last year on May 10th. I was very upset and was worried bc I also had my baby girls brother. He was very depressed and wasn't himself so I researched long and hard before I purchased a baby. I have never went through a breeder before. I rescued my babies from a Chihuahua rescue group. Bc my baby that passed had died unexpected by something that was not noticeable to the eye. So, I wanted to get papers and know where my baby is coming from and that she was coming from a healthy background. I found Teacupsandtoysrus.com on google and contacted Tammy. She called me back within the hour and I told her which baby I had my eye on and that I would meet her the following weekend to purchase the puppy. I did so, and also ended up buying the LAST one left of the litter as well. So, I took home two babies. I noticed one of them was starting to scratch a lot. Then, redness and loosing of fur and small scabs! I was furious and worried. I contacted Tammy via email and phone. She would not call me back but, replied to my emails. I asked her if she has ever had anything like this happen with her puppies or any animals. She replied with no and that she was very sorry! I then took my baby to the vet where they told me she had the MANGE!!! From parasites passed through the mother that then leads to mange. I took her to another vet in town and they told me the SAME thing. It is passed through parasites through the MOTHER. If the pups are not treated well, it can eventually turn to mange. Just like pups are born with worms, they're also born with parasites. If taken care of correctly the worms/parasites will vanish in due time. SO, I then contacted Tammy again via email and told her that my baby had the mange! She said AGAIN none of her animals have ever had this. She then told me that 'HER VET' said I could buy meds at my nearest feed store and she would be cured. That her vet also told her that the parasites were not passed through the mother. Funny bc I had 2 vets tell me that the kind of mange my baby had, WAS PASSED VIA MOTHER. (which I doubt with all the animals she breeds she takes ALL of these babies to the vet. I'm sure she uses stuff from feed stores.) I originally came to this website for another rip off I had heard and stumbled across A LOT of reports on Tammy and Jay Chancey! I have now read TWO reports of owners who have purchased puppies through this kennel who also contacted THE MANGE! Previously before I got my baby. So, when I asked her If anyone else has made reports or that she had problems with this she told me no? She straight LIED TO ME! I had to pay $60 for a dip that finally cured my baby. (Thankfully the mange that my baby had was 85% curable) I had to dip her 7 times! That's $420 just on the dip! Not including the office check ups. It has been 7 months since she was cured and we've yet to see anymore mange. Thank goodness! I would just like to let everyone know that what you read about this kennel on ripoff, is 110% TRUE!!! Tammy and Jay Chancey have other puppy websites as well. PLEASE beware of this breeder! I love my babies but I WILL NEVER BUY FROM A BREEDER AGAIN!!!
