I returned merchandise that ripped in the first laundry - jeans, f'r goodness sake! Jeans don't rip! But this pair did, the seam came out of the waistband. They did NOT credit me for the jeans, *THEY* *CHARGED* *ME! * to return their crappy merchandise. It's not my "fault" they ripped, it's theirs, and charging for a defective return doesn't match "Satisfaction Guaranteed."
