Karenmillendresses.com Only got one dress eventhough paid for 2. Cannot contact company

I found this website online http://www.karenmillensdress.com/. I ordered two dresses from them and believed them to be genuine articles.
Some weeks passed and there was no sign of the dresses. I contacted the company and a lady called murrayjane responded to me and said she would look into the matter.
The money was taken from my account.
Eventually a package arrived from EMS. However it only contained one dress. I have contacted the company several times and got no response.
On my bank statement it says the money was taken from my account by the company NA KEYI SHOES & GARM.
