The issue I have with WTA is that contractually WTA agreed to provide me with a service, merchandise, literature, and leads. They have not provided me with these services adequately as stated in the contract and are clearly in breech of contract.
I have made several unsuccessful attempts in contacting WTA to resolve this issue. If I don't here anything from WTA by the end of January I will move forward in filing a formal complaint and consult legal council.
