David Rolls of Master Pieces Puzzle Co & Sales & Marketing at Duchossois Industries, Inc. Is a complete fraud. He has destroyed his own business with extreamly bad business decisions and using the company to live well outside of his means. As the owner of the company who steals lunches out of the breakroom refridgerator from his employees. (gross)

The company has also been back-dooring products into Wal-Mart inc.By stickering UPC codes (mismarking products) in order to inflate 4th quarter sales. These products include his line of Bella Sara Puzzles, low end puzzles, scrap booking products which he sold out at a loss.

In fact many of his small toy store accounts have discovered that they can buy his products at Wal-Mart retail prices cheaper than they can purchase directly from Masterpieces at wholesale.

David Rolls has a habit of keeping terrific sales people and then firing them before paying out year end bonus money while keeping those who never who never annual goals.
