Witchcraft-Magic-Spells.com Marcy High Priestess MAJOR FRAUD

I purchased a spell from www.Witchcraft-Magic-Spells.com thinking that it was a legit company because I couldn't find any bad reviews on them. I didn't think to look on rip off until after the fact. That was my fault completely.

I started to get red flags from the woman "Marcy" High Priestess from this company because before I ordered the service I asked her many questions about the different services on their website, and "Marcy" High Priestess always got back to extremely quickly, then once I ordered the service, and had questions, she completely stopped returning my emails all together. She told me she sent a talisman from the casting and even sent me a confirmation via email of the tracking number and that it was sent priority mail, which would be there 2-3 days. It even said I would have to sign for it.

Time went by and I never received anything, and those two things, the fact that she stopped returning my emails, and that I didn't receive anything made me call paypal right away. Paypal explained to me that I need to contact my card company right away because www.Witchcraft-Magic-Spells.com only purchased the tracking number, but didn't actually ship anything out. I then called USPS, and they confirmed the same thing that nothing was shipped out.

I emailed Marcy, High Priestess and still they wouldn't reply to my email. When I contacted paypal again they explained they were escalating the case, and would give witchcraft magic spells 10 days to respond appropiately, and if they didn't, I would receive a refund and win the dispute. The tricky part with this is I wouldn't of been able to recover my money by paypal because paypal cannot do charge backs on service's only. They told me it would have to be a tangible item and I not receive it to get a charge back from paypal. But since this fraudulent company purchased a tracking number, with no intention of sending me any talisman, paypal was able to try and recover my money. Also when the claim was made against witchcraft magic spells, they had 10 days to respond to the claim, and they failed to respond with proof that they indeed sent anything out to me.

Once Marcy High Priestess found out paypal filed the claim against them, this is a verbatim email she wrote me after she never responded to any of my previous emails about the service: "This dispute needs to be dropped immediately because we need to supply paypal with a response and once we do that the claim will be made in our favor. If it goes that far we will have no choice but to cancel your spells and void the money back guarantee on our end. I would like this to be cleared up within the next 24 hours so that I do not have to tell our coven what you did. They would be extremely insulted and feel as though someone was trying to steal from us after we provided a good service. You do not want that and I would like to see this settled amicably. I do not want you to walk away with nothing here." Blessings, Marcy.

After I received that email I immediately contacted paypal and explained what Marcy just wrote to me, and the rep told me that this was an attempt on their part to bully me into dropping the case because she said once you drop a case you cannot reopen it. She then confirmed that I won the dispute because Marcy the high priestess had already responded to paypal and could not provide proof that she shipped anything to me. It was confirmed that only a fake tracking number was purchased and nothing was actually sent out. So Marcy wanted to scare me into dropping the case because she knew if I did I wouldn't be able to reopen it, and she knew before she wrote that email to me she had already responded to the paypal claim. The paypal representative explained to me that I was lucky to have won the dispute because they don't give refunds on service only purchases.

The thing that saved me was the phony tracking number they purchased, for the phony talisman they were sending, from the phony spell casting. Also the fact that I called them right away shortly after ordering the service when I was getting the red flags from them. When you pay a merchant from paypal, that company can't touch your payment for I believe 21 days so the fact that I was within that timing helped me to recover the money also.

A few days later I received this email from Marcy, "high priestess: "
"As you stand right now, your spells are being canceled. People in our coven want to put a curse on you for stealing from us. I know that we have not given you any type of bad service. You acted harshly and now I'm just glad that I am not in your shoes." This was the last email I received from her.

I am sharing my story hopefully so that others won't get scammed by them too. I was very fortunate to get my money back and have learned my lesson that these online spell casters are really frauds. I will never do this again believe me.

I'm pretty sure they wouldn't of honored their money back guarantee because it states on their site that they will review your case and then determine if they will give a credit or refund. And with paypal you only have 45 days to dispute any claim, which definitely would of disqualified me from even seeking to receive a chargeback from them because it states on witchcraft magic spells site that you have to wait 90 days. I am fortunate I contacted paypal as soon as I got the red flags from them, which was within the time frame of the 21 days that my payment to witchcraft magic spells was still being held by paypal, and again was fortunate that www.Witchcraft-Magic-Spells.com purchased the fake tracking number, and had no proof to supply to paypal that they shipped something. It's bitter sweet because I know they will still be preying on individuals who are desperate to change their lives for the better.
