Anyone search the Internet, s/he will find that voice connect (www.voiceconnectinc.com) has many complaints about their billing practice. All of them seem very similar, their clients were cheated.
The complaints went like this. Customers were charged thru monthly using credit card on file for services not provide, or some customers were charged twice for the same service in the same month. And if the charge wasn't caught, the billing will continue until caught.
When caught, there will be two ladies playing a little game. One will go thru the mistakes with customer and promised every possible refund. Seem way too easy at first, but the refund check will never be cut.
I, of course, was doubled billing. After many phone calls, it was cleared to me that how the game was played. The cycle of sending proof again & again, we lost the previous one month after month, didn't keep their own records, lost email etc... On and on... Bah bah, same routine. The bottom line, they kept the money.
This is not a company anyone want to do business with.
Before sign up, make sure to test your call, how it will be answered. Take note of the line quality. Ask the operator the name of the services that answer your phone call, it will surprise you.
