Recently I had the misfortune of having to deal with a company called Prime Voice (MARK DAVIS). They are a SIP phone service provider.
The company we contract for had a customer that had a VOIP telephone system installed fall of last year. The customer was not satisfied with the new technology. The customer requested that SIP service be dropped and POTS lines (copper analog) be installed. The Telecom Company precededto order the POTS line and discontinue SIP service through Prime Voice (MARK DAVIS).
Prime Voice (MARK DAVIS) preceded to contact the Telecom Company's client with out informing the Telecom Company and sell them one of their own VOIP systems in order not to lose the SIP service.
This action by Prime Voice (MARK DAVIS) caused the Telecom Company to refund the client his money and soiled the reputation of the company. Prime Voice (MARK DAVIS) business ethics should be called into question.
There are many SIP providers in the market place. Prime Voice is one of many. Do yourselves a favor and pick any of the other SIP service providers other than PRIME VOICE and Mark Davis.
