JIM ETTINGER the owner of ELECTRIC REGULATORis a very bad person, kept promising and never do the job right and keep asking for money and keepthe money, he chargedme for an expensive material and he use a very cheap material, Ripped me off twice for the amount of $3700 and when I ask him to pay me my money back he said do whatever you want do and hung up on me never answer the phone.
