I signed up for my son's tutoring lessions just for 4 weeks. I told them i do not need your services after summer. They kept calling me. I canceled the services by fax and i still kept getting charged

I Called TutorJam to help my son just for Summer. They charged me $1600. I faxed, emailed and called to remove this charges cancle services. They did not call me back.
