Horrible customer service. From the beginning expired product was put in our vending machine. We asked over and over not to put expired product in our vending machine. Service lagged - both food and drink selections ran out frequently with many excuses why our account could not be serviced.
I called and asked Tom Banner to remove his machines so we could get a reputable vending machineservice in our office. So far, I've waited 3 weeks to have him remove his machines. They are "backed up".
Lack of customer service, lack of quality product, lack of professionalism. From my experience, don't call Professional Vending Services in Phoenix, Arizona!
