My aunt had bought plants from Richard Owen Nursery Spring & Gardens for a few years now, she had been patience when the pkg. Had arrived with dry-dead plants. It's been four months sinced she placed her order this year, so far theres' been two packages delivered with incommplete and again dead plants in the last package. At one point we tryed to cancel the order but they do not accept phone cancelations, and at the time of the call the customer rep. Could not locate the order. I have being calling their phone # but is always buzzy... So no more buying from them... Waist of money and gardening plans ruin...
