Well this ismy first time dealing with this so called company, i have had a prior experience same scam different company. Here is my deceased brother-in-laws story, he passed away in Oct so we have been packing his stuff up and retrieving his mail we recieve agas bill and it is $307.06 for one month. This is with the heat on 60 degrees and no one living in the home and the house is only 1000 sf, i have no clue as to how he paid his bill considering he was laid off collecting unemployment and paying child support and trying to live. I don't know how these people sleep at night because as a business owner i know if my customers have any problems i'm not getting any sleep at night. Hopefully karma will come around to them.
