I've today had enough of the horrible support from Game Shops.in the last 2 weeks I've invested over R-20 000 on devices from Sport. With my first purchase I'd to continuously telephone the shop (Sandton) to discover about shipping, I had been continuously lied to but ultimately they sent.
About The 6th March I bought an LG refrigerator from Sport in Alberton Town. I had been informed that there's no inventory but inventory was anticipated within the week and shipping could be about the 11th March. Nowadays (15th March) I'd to get hold of the shop to inquire once they might provide. After getting the telephone pay on me twice I talked to somebody who stated that the inventory might today just appear on ther 29th March. After I questioned what occurred towards the 11th, LG was attributed for not providing inventory.
I've been outofpocket for R9 000 for just two months today and certainly will possibly be outofpocket to get a month before they choose to provide.
