Accounting malfunction - delivery and accounting

I ordered six major appliances for a home under construction and paid for them all. The dishwasher and range hood were delivered when needed.inexplicably, the accounting department cancelled the refrigerator, stove, washer, and dryer. It took hours and multiple contacts to get the mess straightened out. The delivery is pending—I hope it gets done on time.
