I ordered 4 logs of almond paste in good faith. It came the end of November, and it was as hard as a rock. I called them and they said to send it back, but did not provide an authorization (they were suppose to do that according to an email i received. A month goes by, and it's not credited to my card, and i call them. On Dec. 23, it had been credited (almost a full month). Now they are charging me S&H plus a 20% restocking fee. They say the product is fine. It isnt'! So somebody else will probably get it. I happen to know what almond paste should feel like, and believe me, it's not hard as a rock. I really believe that since it was not fresh and soft, they owe me my shipping and handling and the restocking fee back.

I had sent 2 emails that were never answered by their company. If the product had been fresh and i had sent it back, i would have expected to pay the s&h and the restocking fee, but they aren't playing fair.

My advice would be to never deal with this company.
