I store frequently in the Wegmans Dulles in Sterling, VA.in late December, I had been jumping with my spouse as of this shop. We went to the beef region and that I acquired a bundle of 6 POUNDS of ground meat for 1.99LB. Previously I've had the beef table individual split up the bundle in into 4 smaller deals which are fridge covered. Never had an issue previously. I've completed this four or five times before at two distinct Wegmans stores. This time around the meat counter man explained delay and went in to the back-room. Following a couple of minutes he reemerged and stated it had been shop plan not split up deals. I requested to talk to the meat supervisor. They made me wait many moments before he came along side an associate store-manager. I told them this hasbeen completed often previously. They replied stating it will not have been down previously. They stated if desired the bundle split up I'd be billed a greater cost. They created some worthless remark about Costco not splitting up beef deals. This is exactly why I look at supermarket, and so I could possibly get some customer support. Both supervisors were rude and incredibly adament on the position. I obtained confused with feeling at their insufficient sympathy that I replied with profanity. My spouse quickly left the shop, departing our wagon their. I latter named the shop to apologize for my profanity but mentioned that their plan stinks on-ice. 24 hours later I named Wegmans customer matters and informed them what happened. I had been patronized from the consultant. I wont store their anymore. I visited another supermarket plus they were pleased to bundle beef for me personally the way in which I required.
