I bought "stainless" tableware that the bundle referred to as "finest-quality" and providing A - 25 year guarantee. After starting bundle and analyzing items for traditional etched marking which authenticates quality by record dime/chromium information, unearthed that no such marking was current, and also the guarantee assured against "flaws in substance or craftsmanship."
I wrote to Pfaltzgraff customer support, asking exactly what the quality of the stainless steel was, of course if the guarantee assured against rusting (which doesn't occur to quality stainless).
It's now been nearly per month since my mail for them, and that I am being overlooked. I will just suppose this is basically because the metal isn't "best quality" which it'll display indications of rusting inside a couple of years. I've solved when this occurs, I'll document a match in small-claims judge, declaring a complete reimbursement and compensation for my journey and difficulty.
I'm an 83-year old paraplegic, and that I doubt the Business's lawyer may enjoy facing me.
I highly reccomend that individuals searching for stainless tableware steer clear of the unfamiliar quality of Pfaltzgraff items.
