Won (customer service agent) with horrible customer service skills free poster / just pay shipping for $1.99

Wozo advertised get a free poster just pay the shipping for $1.99 which i did and i never received my poster, when i notified the company they told me a couple different things 1st that i never made an order, I then provided proof of purchase by sending the charge to my CC, then the rude agent named Won told me that the charge was a non refundable charge and that I purchased a coupon, (heellllloooooo who the h*l purchases coupons???) then she told me that she would not be refunding me the charge, I told her that I had an email confirmation when i ordered the poster but still no refund, anyway I did let her know that i would be filling a fraud charge with the BBB and that her customer service skills were not very professional. If that company does that to just ONE person a day they would be pulling in well over $700. A year by ripping off good people, ITS WRONG. I did notify my credit card company and they said they would get the charge refunded but just be aware. ANY WAY WON i guess you LOST. BTW I managed a customer service call center for a fortune 500 company for 3 years and would never have treated customers the way this company treated me, and over $1.99. UNBELIEVABLE
