Multiple harassing calls at work

I have been receiving harassing calls at work from someone called Gary w/Check System. I requested that he call me at home and he refused and kept calling back—six or seven times. He refused to let me talk to a supervisor or to give me any contact information. He did send a fax listing their business as:

He also accused me of intentionally writing bad checks. He is being extremely disruptive to my business place. I asked him many times to call me at home or to give me a phone number where I can return his call on my own time to discuss this alleged bad check. He refused and when I hung up-he immediately called back numerous times.
