I went online to get advice about a sick kitten and agreed to pay $18 for an answer. The site repeatedly called me only e-mail address "Bad address", directed me to another site for technical assistance which I was never able to locate - then charged me another $18 for my telling them my e-mail address was correct - so I am out $36 and my kitten is still bleeding (no vets available here at this hour - 9:30 PM) just because they do not believe my e-mail address is correct. Someone ought to shut them down - they are definitely taking advantage of pet lovers - why can't they check the e-mail address? I admit it is strange looking but this area is rural and we are lucky to have internet service at all. Who are they to criticize my address?
