I have on several occasions tried to stop mobilecombustion from billing me for a service I neither authorized or requested. They have always come back with you have no account to delete, yet they continue to bill my mobile phone in the amount of $9.99 per month. They do not care about anyone but their pocket books and have apparently found a way to rip people off without any retaliation. I am trying to get FBI or other agencies to look into this as it appears to be in the millions of dollars these people are stealing on a monthly basis.
