First, Dave the repairman couldn't get my wall-mounted TV off the wall. Then, he took it away to diagnose the problem. He couldn't find anything wrong with it. Then, he "remembered" that another customer had the same problem (green screen, then black screen/no picture), and that the cable TV box was the problem. Sure enough, that was it. (Wish he'd "remembered" that before I paid him.) Then, he hung it back on the wall off-center. Unfortunately, I realized this after he'd left. I've been trying to get him to return to mount it properly for 3 1/2 months, even offered to pay him for another house call. He couldn't be bothered. Stay away. There are plenty of other repair places that know more about flat-screen TVs and provide better service.
