A warning to future buyers: buy with caution.
Placed my order November 30th. Per site, processing can take up to a week or so given out of stocks and processing issues. Well, as soon as I confirmed my purchase, they charged my credit card.
Now here we are, a week later still no product. Every time I check my account info and order status, it still gives me "processing". I've tried calling the 1-800 number and emailing them to see if there were any probelms. No answers on the line or replies back to my email.
So far, I have filed a complaint with the BBB of Illinois. Next is going to my bank to get the charge reversed.
I should have researched more thoroughly before purchasing. Makes me nervous buying from a company with such a bad rap.
