Sprint overcharged me for services. Billed my for romming when i never left the calling area, and for services that were supposed to be included in my plan.
The customer service stinks your on hold for long periods of time and when you reach a person they are unable to help you.
The phone they sold me was defective and when they sent me a refubished phone to replace the new one it took me month to get it, when it did arrive i returned the broken one.
After 3 months they told me they never recived it and billed me an additional $99.99 for it. I have been told that the tracking information was not used, then it was not a valid number, it was possibly made up by an upset employee to go to the store and talk to them.
