I'm a company who had been silly enough to provide them my charge card. I had been spending more than $10130.33 monthly in 2007. After 12 months of support I terminated my support by telephone appox. 14 efforts and by mail. No agreement was actually authorized, or was there actually a mental contract about thirty days notice and documented. Therefore despite numerous emails to various people there, I however after providing them with thirty days notice by mail to 411.ca workers I had been nevertheless billed again on my charge card. I'd to stop my charge card and alter my range.

I never in my own lifestyle experienced so much insufficient professionalism by atleast 4-5 various people who got involved with my bill. This occurred about twelve months before. I still have records, e-mails, times of everyone concerned @ 411.ca.
