I don't yet have a real complaint. I am just trying to track my order. Normally, a company sends a cofirmation e-mail but I have received none. I would like to get an idea if order is coming soon since I paid 12.95 for shipping but there is no way on the customer service web site to ask. At least other companies have on line chat
people to answer your questions. I ordered jeans about a week ago.
